1. Tell us in brief about your company and the leadership.

Our company ideology is  We deliver what you imagine . We strive for our clients so they can achieve their goals with the products we create for them. While satisfying our clients in all aspects is one side of the story, making our employees feel like a family is the second, we ensure all our team members always feel like family while working with us.

2. How would you describe your growth trajectory in 2018-2019? Any particular achievement? Any disappointment?

In 2018, we set our foot firmly in the blockchain space, we had over 20 clients for blockchain-related projects, and we are still connected with over 80{c71c52fe975b1580b97f762d1712095cb41122e0282393477df00e527b5235eb} of them. Apart from that, not exactly a disappointment, but some of our team members switched to tech giants, we are truly happy for them, but at the same time miss them as a part of our team.

3. Please describe the operational structure of your company- from the moment a client walks in, to the product deployment.

When the client first contacts us with their requirement, the first step is to give them an estimate within 24 hours. If they don’t have the requirements fixed, our BA will help them with everything, and help set goals for their project’s development. After that, the BA will consult the project manager, and proceed on giving them an estimated development cost for the engagement model you choose.

After that it’s wire framing -> design -> development -> testing -> deployment -> maintenance.

4. What engagement models do you offer? How should a client choose?

We offer 6 engagement models to be precise, we have something for each client that knocks on our door. Choosing the right engagement model is subjective to the requirement and the budget of the client, while some engagement models would cost much less, some might cost the median amount of money. Suppose the client wants the whole team onsite, we have a model for that, but it would cost much higher than the offsite model, to aid this we introduced hybrid engagement model, which offer the best of both. Just as the above example, we have a perfect engagement model for every clients, so they can be at peace of mind at all times.

5. What do you as a leader prioritizes – vertical expansion of your business or the horizontal expansion of your expertise and services? How do you balance both?

While vertical expansion is a priority, and a need for any business to grow, we completely understand that growth would be a waste if done without growing horizontally simultaneously. We have perfectly balanced both until now, and hope to always do it this way, both our turnover and our expertise and offerings, have grown in sync until now.

6. What is your outlook for 2020?

With rapidly evolving emerging technologies, we look forward to creating new projects which ease lives for all our client’s customers. With advancements in AR/VR, IoT, and AI, products that change everyday lives are now possible, and we look forward, to be a big part of this revolution.

7. Any particular technology or industry you would be targeting? How do you plan to prepare your workforce for the upcoming technology upgrade?

No, since we have worked in almost all industries by now, we don’t have to especially go ahead and target any in particular. However, we are looking forward to further deepen our roots in Blockchain and AI development, as we have seen a lot many startups in the space lately. Another reason for interest in these technologies is because we believe in making the world a better and secure place, through implementing the project in these technologies.

8. With technologies like React and Node that can be used for both web applications and mobile apps, how do you envision the development methodology to be in the future?

Technologies like React and Node have existed for quite a while now, and we have worked in a lot of such projects lately. Clients are nowadays more and more accepting of the fact that with a slight compromise, they can get both a web and a mobile app, in considerably lesser time and cost. It is a part of how we work when a client first sends in their requirement, we do a feasibility check and tell them if going with React or Node would work for their project.

9. Other than technical expertise, what traits you believe are essential for any app development firm to succeed in this rapidly evolving industry?

Accepting and implementing new engagement and hiring models would be the first, and adopting new technologies and experimenting with them, would be the second. Apart from these, there are a lot more things like staying focused on client’s satisfaction at all times, and other fundamental business ethics that would help an app development firm succeed.

Undoubtedly, the year 2020 has been a year full of challenges and unexpected trends globally. One of our major achievements has been working on the COVA App for the State Government, and lending our support to the nation and humanity during the pandemic.

Yes, the last one year has been tough and kept me in a state of dismay, as I could not meet my Seasia family or our clients personally, or visit them like before. But safety and health of Seasians and my clients is foremost to me, and we are eagerly waiting for celebrations ahead.

At Seasia, we follow the perfect blend of a logical and chronological approach to effectively convert our customers  ideas and requirements to a workable software product. Our product development approach evolves around customer needs, ideation, idea screening, checking its feasibility, and delivering a working software using the best marketing strategy, business models, and commercialization approach for impeccable results.

There are mainly two engagement models we offer to our clients, depending upon the clients  working mode, requirements, budget, and project engagement. I have seen the company proliferate over the last two decades and do not want to restrict myself. At Seasia, we have grown our ML Business way beyond that. We follow Agile Methodology as it is a flexible, incremental, and evolutionary approach. Catering to the demands of the modern workplace, it is an imperative choice due to the transparency, quality, and continuous improvement. I believe that successful leaders don’t create followers, but they make leaders, and I empower my teams to become autonomous bodies. Horizontal and vertical expansion both are very important aspects for any organization. We also ensure that regular team training meetings are hold. In our meetings, the top management adhere to challenges of the team and provide strategies to improve the performance. Thus the vertical structure is taken care of in this manner. For Horizontal growth, over the past few years we have expanded our networks in many countries and we are establishing our roots worldwide. So by working on our global presence, we are strengthening our Horizontal expansion as well.

Year 2020 and 2021 have been very competitive. Unfortunately many businesses had to shutdown and many organizations ended the contracts with their employees. But since we provide virtual assistance and services online, it was not difficult for adjust to adjust in the era of online revolution. Businesses could trust us for the online allocation of services as they did not have to train us and we were proficiently managing that. As far as disadvantages are concerned then there were some businesses we were about to cater but they had to drop the plans.

MoogleLabs is a for-profit startup that primarily focuses on emerging technologies like AI/ML, DevOps, Data Science, Metaverse, Web 3.0, Blockchain, and more. With so many businesses offering traditional technologies-based services, including development, design, and more, we wanted to address a niche through the experts in the field.

MoogleLabs is a team of close to 60 people, with both young blood and experienced team members, to create innovative solutions for all businesses, big and small, that come to us. With me, Ganesh Verma, serving the CEO role, we have created separate teams under vertical heads for different technologies to offer the best services for every client.

MoogleLabs offers four distinct engagement models for clients. The Fixed-price Model: We give a flat rate for the complete project, along with the set deadline. It is the perfect model for companies that want the entire project done quickly. The Time Model: In this, the price will depend on the time spent on the project. The model works well for companies that are asking for more flexibility in terms of the project.

The Service Level Agreement (SLA)/ Milestone-Based model: Here, we provide an SLA and provide services while adhering to the contract. It is a milestone-based model ideal for clients with various small milestones.

Well, the most crucial trait of any successful app development firm is its willingness and efforts to think out of the box. Much like people, and industries, every technical firm needs to evolve with time if it does not want to become dust. Therefore, the only companies that succeed are the ones that are willing to innovate, improve, scale, and dispense efforts to stay in the game.

Any particular technology or industry you would be targeting How do you plan to prepare your workforce for the upcoming technology upgrade?

The two industries that are booming currently are Blockchain technology and AI. DevOps is another technology that is picking pace, but it still only has a niche audience.

We are always happy to take on new challenges, and our primary aim is to invest in our employee’s overall ability not just to cope but conquer many of emerging technology.

As an industry-leaders and tech enthusiast, I aim to prepare my workforce for every technological upgrade our industry experiences. And they are definitely up for the challenge.

The world is becoming faster as we speak. So, the inclusion of AI and ML in web and mobile app development will become mandatory. For one, clients and innovators are finding faster ways to create apps for quick and error-free deployment. AI and ML are the tools that are going to bring us closer to that final goal.

What do you, as a leader, prioritize: – the vertical expansion of your business or the horizontal
expansion of your expertise and services? How do you balance both

As a startup, we are currently focusing on horizontal expansion and adding more expertise and services to our operations. Also, as a company that hires employees who are innovative thinkers, they do not require much oversight. Our managers are here to ensure proper conversations with clients, helping the team only when they need support and upgrading their skills so that they can disperse the knowledge to others in the team. It is a mammoth task that requires inquisitive minds, but we have curated a talented and competent team for the job.

Of course, if there is a need for vertical expansion, hopefully soon, we would be more than happy to make adjustments and ensure that all our operations needs are met.

2021 has been an excellent year for MoogleLabs. We have invested a lot of time in creating innovative solutions, reached our financial goals already, and received several accolades for our efforts. In the coming year, we aim to take the trajectory forward, work on providing even better services, collect more awards, and create more innovative products that turn a lot of heads.

2. What engagement models do you offer  How should a client choose

We offer different engagement models. To decide which model to implement, we take into consideration clients’ business and their expectations of the web/app solution. The least advised and asked for engagement model is the “Fixed Price Model.” Obviously, most businesses want flexibility and scalability and add to it who would pay for the extra features. “Time and material model” enters the picture if a client wants a flexible solution. Other than flexibility the other feature that makes this model unique is iteration. Another is the “Dedicated Team Model” that covers the cons of the above two types.

Clients can always find the best model according to their needs and we are good to go.

The App and Web development market has become very competitive lately. Increased competition also has affected the margin and hence a bottom line. However, we as a business should be ready to see this as an opportunity to become efficient with our operations and effective with our marketing dollars spent. There are a couple of ways to position in this rapidly evolving industry

  • Real Value:  We need to be ready to go above and beyond and deliver a real value to the customers. This is not new but now it is more important than ever before.
  • Value added benefits: Offering more value-added benefits to each deal is generally going to be rewarded in a long run.
  • Innovation: Being innovative with approach, technologies and methodologies with each project that can aid customers achieve their business goals should be a norm now.
  • Focus Group: One of the things I wanted to mention here, where I see a real difference, is to have a master class of your own. It is nothing but a group of mentors who can help you stay focused, be more competitive and guide you in difficult times. It will take some leg work for sure to come up with, but I recommend this to anyone who is willing to try and do something new. This will go a long way.

6. Any particular technology or industry you would be targeting? How do you plan to prepare your workforce for the upcoming technology upgrade?

Currently, we are focusing on developing mobile and web applications and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain.

We are definitely planning to expand our workforce and hire more data related folks, especially data engineers. We are expecting to have more hires who can work with Machine Learning and data analytics.

We also want to either train existing staff OR hire a few resources for support flutter and DevOps given both of these skill sets are more in demand.

With technology unfolding a new page every day, the future seems to be promising. We expect the development process to become simpler, better and easier.  We have seen search as per the instruction, images and now as per mood. To be honest, we are great patriots of technology and am always excited to explore the hidden nooks of technology.  Who knows the future has easy coding solutions where you ask the system code for you and you have the solution. !

8. What do you as a leader prioritize: – the vertical expansion of your business or the horizontal expansion of your expertise and services? How do you balance both?

Our strategy is to gain and build our expertise in specific areas. At the moment we are mostly focused on the fintech and healthcare industries. Along with that, we have great experience in creating products for the social, dating, e-commerce, and on-demand delivery domains, and take on such projects with pleasure.

When the client first contacts us with their requirement, the first step is to give them an estimate within 24 hours. If they don’t have the requirements fixed, our BA will help them with everything, and help set goals for their project’s development. After that, the BA will consult the project manager, and proceed on giving them an estimated development cost for the engagement model you choose.

After that it’s wire framing -> design -> development -> testing -> deployment -> maintenance.

4. What engagement models do you offer? How should a client choose?

We offer 6 engagement models to be precise, we have something for each client that knocks on our door. Choosing the right engagement model is subjective to the requirement and the budget of the client, while some engagement models would cost much less, some might cost the median amount of money. Suppose the client wants the whole team onsite, we have a model for that, but it would cost much higher than the offsite model, to aid this we introduced hybrid engagement model, which offer the best of both. Just as the above example, we have a perfect engagement model for every clients, so they can be at peace of mind at all times.

As a startup, we are currently focusing on horizontal expansion and adding more expertise and services to our operations. Also, as a company that hires employees who are innovative thinkers, they do not require much oversight. Our managers are here to ensure proper conversations with clients, helping the team only when they need support and upgrading their skills so that they can disperse the knowledge to others in the team. It is a mammoth task that requires inquisitive minds, but we have curated a talented and competent team for the job.

After that it’s wire framing -> design -> development -> testing -> deployment -> maintenance.

We offer 6 engagement models to be precise, we have something for each client that knocks on our door. As a startup, we are currently focusing on horizontal expansion and adding more expertise and services to our operations. Also, as a company that hires employees who are innovative thinkers, they do not require much oversight. Our managers are here to ensure proper conversations with clients, helping the team only when they need support and upgrading their skills so that they can disperse the knowledge to others in the team. It is a mammoth task that requires inquisitive minds, but we have curated a talented and competent team for the job.

Our company ideology is  We deliver what you imagine . We strive for our clients so they can achieve their goals with the products we create for them. While satisfying our clients in all aspects is one side of the story, making our employees feel like a family is the second, we ensure all our team members always feel like family while working with us.

2. How would you describe your growth trajectory in 2018-2019? Any particular achievement? Any disappointment?

In 2018, we set our foot firmly in the blockchain space, we had over 20 clients for blockchain-related projects, and we are still connected with over 80{c71c52fe975b1580b97f762d1712095cb41122e0282393477df00e527b5235eb} of them. Apart from that, not exactly a disappointment, but some of our team members switched to tech giants, we are truly happy for them, but at the same time miss them as a part of our team.

3. Please describe the operational structure of your company- from the moment a client walks in, to the product deployment.

When the client first contacts us with their requirement, the first step is to give them an estimate within 24 hours. If they don’t have the requirements fixed, our BA will help them with everything, and help set goals for their project’s development. After that, the BA will consult the project manager, and proceed on giving them an estimated development cost for the engagement model you choose.

After that it’s wire framing -> design -> development -> testing -> deployment -> maintenance.

4. What engagement models do you offer? How should a client choose?

We offer 6 engagement models to be precise, we have something for each client that knocks on our door. Choosing the right engagement model is subjective to the requirement and the budget of the client, while some engagement models would cost much less, some might cost the median amount of money. Suppose the client wants the whole team onsite, we have a model for that, but it would cost much higher than the offsite model, to aid this we introduced hybrid engagement model, which offer the best of both. Just as the above example, we have a perfect engagement model for every clients, so they can be at peace of mind at all times.

5. What do you as a leader prioritizes – vertical expansion of your business or the horizontal expansion of your expertise and services? How do you balance both?

While vertical expansion is a priority, and a need for any business to grow, we completely understand that growth would be a waste if done without growing horizontally simultaneously. We have perfectly balanced both until now, and hope to always do it this way, both our turnover and our expertise and offerings, have grown in sync until now.

6. What is your outlook for 2020?

With rapidly evolving emerging technologies, we look forward to creating new projects which ease lives for all our client’s customers. With advancements in AR/VR, IoT, and AI, products that change everyday lives are now possible, and we look forward, to be a big part of this revolution.

7. Any particular technology or industry you would be targeting? How do you plan to prepare your workforce for the upcoming technology upgrade?

No, since we have worked in almost all industries by now, we don’t have to especially go ahead and target any in particular. However, we are looking forward to further deepen our roots in Blockchain and AI development, as we have seen a lot many startups in the space lately. Another reason for interest in these technologies is because we believe in making the world a better and secure place, through implementing the project in these technologies.

Technologies like React and Node have existed for quite a while now, and we have worked in a lot of such projects lately. Clients are nowadays more and more accepting of the fact that with a slight compromise, they can get both a web and a mobile app, in considerably lesser time and cost. It is a part of how we work when a client first sends in their requirement, we do a feasibility check and tell them if going with React or Node would work for their project.

Our managers are here to ensure proper conversations with clients, helping the team only when they need support and upgrading their skills so that they can disperse the knowledge to others in the team. It is a mammoth task that requires inquisitive minds, but we have curated a talented and competent team for the job.

  • Innovation: Being innovative with approach, technologies and methodologies with each project that can aid customers achieve their business goals should be a norm now.
  • Focus Group: One of the things I wanted to mention here, where I see a real difference, is to have a master class of your own. We also want to either train existing staff OR hire a few resources for support flutter and DevOps given both of these skill sets are more in demand.

Our strategy is to gain and build our expertise in specific areas. At the moment we are mostly focused on the fintech and healthcare industries. Along with that, we have great experience in creating products for the social, dating, e-commerce, and on-demand delivery domains, and take on such projects with pleasure.

I believe the biggest achievement for us as an organization is the long term business relationships that we have made. Other than that a part of our clientele is through references and recommendations which reflects the trust of other domains in our business.

We value individual growth and organizational growth over simply competing in the business world.  In recent years, the approach has helped us achieve exponential growth and deliver some great results. When the client first contacts us with their requirement, the first step is to give them an estimate within 24 hours. If they don’t have the requirements fixed, our BA will help them with everything, and help set goals for their project’s development. After that, the BA will consult the project manager, and proceed on giving them an estimated development cost for the engagement model you choose.

After that it’s wire framing -> design -> development -> testing -> deployment -> maintenance.

4. What engagement models do you offer? How should a client choose?

We offer 6 engagement models to be precise, we have something for each client that knocks on our door. Choosing the right engagement model is subjective to the requirement and the budget of the client, while some engagement models would cost much less, some might cost the median amount of money. Suppose the client wants the whole team onsite, we have a model for that, but it would cost much higher than the offsite model, to aid this we introduced hybrid engagement model, which offer the best of both. Just as the above example, we have a perfect engagement model for every clients, so they can be at peace of mind at all times.

What is your outlook for 2023

We are having an excellent year and aim to continue the streak in the future. As for the technologies that I believe will do wonders in the next year, Quantum Computing has a lot of potential. Though, no biases here! I believe that 2023 is going to be an excellent year for technological advancements in all sectors, and I can’t wait for you to see the projects we bring to life in the next year.

Overall, it is an excellent year that we, here at MoogleLabs, are looking forward to. Also, with the current economic conditions, I personally believe that it is the perfect time to experiment with our capabilities and offer unique products and services to our clientele. It is the ideal environment to push our boundaries, especially in terms of sustainable energy, and nothing else intrigues me as much.

Other than technical expertise, what traits you believe are essential for any app development firm to succeed in this rapidly evolving industry

Well, the most crucial trait of any successful app development firm is its willingness and efforts to think out of the box. Much like people, and industries, every technical firm needs to evolve with time if it does not want to become dust. Therefore, the only companies that succeed are the ones that are willing to innovate, improve, scale, and dispense efforts to stay in the game.

Any particular technology or industry you would be targeting How do you plan to prepare your workforce for the upcoming technology upgrade?

The two industries that are booming currently are Blockchain technology and AI. DevOps is another technology that is picking pace, but it still only has a niche audience.

We are always happy to take on new challenges, and our primary aim is to invest in our employee’s overall ability not just to cope but conquer many of emerging technology.

As an industry-leaders and tech enthusiast, I aim to prepare my workforce for every technological upgrade our industry experiences. And they are definitely up for the challenge.

With technologies like Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) that can be used for both web applications and mobile apps, how do you envision the development methodology to be in the future

The world is becoming faster as we speak. So, the inclusion of AI and ML in web and mobile app development will become mandatory. For one, clients and innovators are finding faster ways to create apps for quick and error-free deployment. AI and ML are the tools that are going to bring us closer to that final goal.

What do you, as a leader, prioritize: – the vertical expansion of your business or the horizontal
expansion of your expertise and services? How do you balance both

As a startup, we are currently focusing on horizontal expansion and adding more expertise and services to our operations. Also, as a company that hires employees who are innovative thinkers, they do not require much oversight. Our managers are here to ensure proper conversations with clients, helping the team only when they need support and upgrading their skills so that they can disperse the knowledge to others in the team. It is a mammoth task that requires inquisitive minds, but we have curated a talented and competent team for the job.

Of course, if there is a need for vertical expansion, hopefully soon, we would be more than happy to make adjustments and ensure that all our operations needs are met.

2021 has been an excellent year for MoogleLabs. We have invested a lot of time in creating innovative solutions, reached our financial goals already, and received several accolades for our efforts. Overall, there is nothing to complain about as of yet. As a company born in the time of the pandemic, we were equipped for the pandemic and the various changes that came with it. In the coming year, we aim to take the trajectory forward, work on providing even better services, collect more awards, and create more innovative products that turn a lot of heads.

However, we as a business should be ready to see this as an opportunity to become efficient with our operations and effective with our marketing dollars spent.   • Real Value:  We need to be ready to go above and beyond and deliver a real value to the customers. This is not new but now it is more important than ever before.
  • Value added benefits: Offering more value-added benefits to each deal is generally going to be rewarded in a long run.
  • Innovation: Being innovative with approach, technologies and methodologies with each project that can aid customers achieve their business goals should be a norm now.
  • Focus Group: One of the things I wanted to mention here, where I see a real difference, is to have a master class of your own. It will take some leg work for sure to come up with, but I recommend this to anyone who is willing to try and do something new. This will go a long way.

Currently, we are focusing on developing mobile and web applications and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain.

We are definitely planning to expand our workforce and hire more data related folks, especially data engineers. We are expecting to have more hires who can work with Machine Learning and data analytics.

We also want to either train existing staff OR hire a few resources for support flutter and DevOps given both of these skill sets are more in demand.

Our strategy is to gain and build our expertise in specific areas. At the moment we are mostly focused on the fintech and healthcare industries. Along with that, we have great experience in creating products for the social, dating, e-commerce, and on-demand delivery domains, and take on such projects with pleasure.

I believe the biggest achievement for us as an organization is the long term business relationships that we have made. Other than that a part of our clientele is through references and recommendations which reflects the trust of other domains in our business.

We value individual growth and organizational growth over simply competing in the business world.  In recent years, the approach has helped us achieve exponential growth and deliver some great results. We have launched in the market our Employee Benefits Software, which is an in-house Saas product. We have marketed it in the international markets. Apart from that, not exactly a disappointment, but some of our team members switched to tech giants, we are truly happy for them, but at the same time miss them as a part of our team.

When the client first contacts us with their requirement, the first step is to give them an estimate within 24 hours. If they don’t have the requirements fixed, our BA will help them with everything, and help set goals for their project’s development. After that, the BA will consult the project manager, and proceed on giving them an estimated development cost for the engagement model you choose.

After that it’s wire framing -> design -> development -> testing -> deployment -> maintenance.

4. What engagement models do you offer? How should a client choose?

We offer 6 engagement models to be precise, we have something for each client that knocks on our door. Choosing the right engagement model is subjective to the requirement and the budget of the client, while some engagement models would cost much less, some might cost the median amount of money. Suppose the client wants the whole team onsite, we have a model for that, but it would cost much higher than the offsite model, to aid this we introduced hybrid engagement model, which offer the best of both. Just as the above example, we have a perfect engagement model for every clients, so they can be at peace of mind at all times.

While vertical expansion is a priority, and a need for any business to grow, we completely understand that growth would be a waste if done without growing horizontally simultaneously. What is your outlook for 2023

We are having an excellent year and aim to continue the streak in the future. As for the technologies that I believe will do wonders in the next year, Quantum Computing has a lot of potential. Though, no biases here! The two industries that are booming currently are Blockchain technology and AI. DevOps is another technology that is picking pace, but it still only has a niche audience.

As a startup, we are currently focusing on horizontal expansion and adding more expertise and services to our operations. Also, as a company that hires employees who are innovative thinkers, they do not require much oversight. Our managers are here to ensure proper conversations with clients, helping the team only when they need support and upgrading their skills so that they can disperse the knowledge to others in the team. It is a mammoth task that requires inquisitive minds, but we have curated a talented and competent team for the job.

Of course, if there is a need for vertical expansion, hopefully soon, we would be more than happy to make adjustments and ensure that all our operations needs are met.

We also want to either train existing staff OR hire a few resources for support flutter and DevOps given both of these skill sets are more in demand.
